How long will it take for my order to ship?
Non-treat orders will ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Treat orders are made-to-order and will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want our customers to be happy! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us explaining your problem no later than 5 calendar days after receiving your item. For treat purchases, we will send you an email authorizing you to return the unused portion and we will offer you an exchange or a refund. For non-treat items, we will refund or exchange your purchase if the item is returned in its original condition and is postmarked for return within 14 calendar days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable.
What about product availability?
In our effort to provide excellent service to our customers, we check our stock and update our sites regularly. However, due to the popularity of some items, high online sales volume, and listing at multiple venues, on rare occasions, items may be temporarily out of stock.
If you are interested in a product, but are concerned about its availability, you may inquire about the item prior to making your purchase by contacting us through the link provided in the product listing page. If we receive an order for an item that is out of stock, you will be promptly notified.
In addition, if the information is available to us from the manufacturer, we will notify you of the date that we expect your item to become available. If an item you are interested in is temporarily out of stock, you may chose to be notified by us via email when the item is back in stock.
If you have made a purchase, completed payment, and you receive notice from us that your item is temporarily out of stock, you may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment and your payment will be promptly refunded in full.
